I'll start on doc/readme to translate it into dutch.

I hope I will be able to translate things as 'copyleft' to
something dutch ;-)

Annyhow, what should I name the new file doc/readme_nl ?

How about licanse and 2do, I think they dont need translation.

Maybe translate help/en/* as well ? What has prio ?
