Okay, in a few days I'll release the first beta of phpSYS

It brings an admin interface, an user interface and many bugfixes and system enhancements.

ok, now it's here.
this release is for !testing only!.
the engine is allmost finisched.
only module is the CLI(Command Line Interface), but it have no really functionality.

I'm on writing version 0.1.1 with a working CLI, login module, and simple module management.

it should be finished tomorow.
