#36 Phorum w/ phpSlash look and feel.

These files allow a phorum installation to display the
phpSlash header, footer, left, right, and center
blocks. The navbar just needs an entry added in
config.php3 to link to phorum.

Example menu entry:

The 'name' string ( Forums) can be added to the
locale/language files to be automatically translated.

These header.php and footer.php files replace those
included in the phorum installation.
