Released Release Candidate Four of phpSlash 0.8.

There are quite a number of new features in this release.  As well as 
additional modules available.

If no critical bugs are reported for one week, phpSlash 0.8 will be 
released stable.

Please test this version thoroughly so we can have a smooth release.

Also help update the documentation.  This can be done the easiest way 
for you to work.  You can submit your changes back in whatever format 
is most convenient.  The documentation is available as sgml, html, 
pdf, txt, rtf, Word doc, or Open Office writer files.
