[Phpslash-devel] Beta release ( including PHPlist)

There is a new phpSlash 0.8 beta release.

This snapshot includes installer, upgrade script, skins, PHPlist module, blog 
support, etc.

Please hammer on it awhile.  Don't depend on the upgrade for production use yet.
