[Phpslash-devel] patch: locale es.php new file

Took the plunge and updated my site to the crispy clean 0.71rc1 release... 
so far things have been nice. The upgrade was very smooth this time.

I found that some strings were added to the en.php locale file, so I 
translated them for the es.php (Spanish). Check patch submission 720102.

Nice work guys. "Remember Me" function works like a charm now. I have not 
tried to replicate the other known bugs (like those in the Polls), but, 
something is something and getting the "Remember Me" up and running was 
worth the try to upgrade.
