[Phpslash-devel] new cronmail.php (patch)

here is my first patch to the stable .7 phpslash. it's the latest 
incarnation of cronmail.php cron script. it's not as sophisticated as the 
past ones, but this one works better. it uses the mailinglist class and it's 
a lot less confusing, thus cleaner.

please let me know if you have problems with it.

p.s. it still need some cleaning when outputing the report on what was done. 
i.e. there is no need to use HTML tags. however, after the first run most 
users might just redirect this to /dev/null anyway.
