Why are Forwarded Adresses either not Listed as green or how can I Monitor these?

I have a bunch of Forwarded Website(adresses) and would like to Monitor them as well. Partially it works, are there some restrictions or special config to make them monitored Items?

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

if the redirecting page returns a status 3xx before it actually redirects it is ok, but redirects using <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=http://example.com/"> or javascripted solutions for instance will not work.
