[phpRPG-discussion] Old Forum Post

I suggest we create an archive forum and move many of the irrelevant/non 
topical posts to it.  Our forum is a land mine of useless info and "Leet 
Scripters" offing coding help that never ever materialized outside of their 
grandiose posts. Those things making the forum not very friendly to those 
who are looking for real information about/concerning the project.
