Been thinking about phantom, and I've come round to the idea that we should 
release what we have as open source.  It's shit not being able to show what 
we've been doing since v0.5, plus if we were to start taking donations, it'd 
feel wrong to keep the code under wraps.  Also, with the new coders hanging 
round the forums, we shouldn't be stopping them from helping out.  We don't 
have to give out cvs access, but we should be able to accept patches from 
anyone who wants to have a go.  With the map editor out in the wild, we're 
also more likely to get some decent artwork available to the project.
