Some ideas would be;
1.Have two level of admins, one that add/delete their
own listings and one that can add/delete all listings.
2.When someone applies online, the form is emailed to
the admin who posted the listing. This way a web site
manager could open up the listings to a employers to
post their job listings.
If those were implemented it would be the perfect job
listing script.

When an applicant submits their application, message
should go to the contact person in the job application to
notfy that a new entry has arrived.
