#57 Price Calculation #1

Hello,

Per Richard June's May 2008 post ("Bug in price calculation"; http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=2052749&forum_id=220412\) I can confirm that his solution works. My version of that patch is attached. However, the other half of my calculation woes was based on recipe_serving_size defaulting to 0 - see Price Calculation #2.
