Initial Comment: CVS 5-15-2003 PostgreSQL 7.1.3 Logged in as postgres. Was able to drop first database - but subsequent database drops failed with the message: ERROR: DROP DATABASE: database "test\'" is being accessed by other users The database is not open by any users (not expanded in database list tree)... Roj ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Bryan Encina (bcyde) Date: 2003-12-12 15:06 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=756868 This may be pertinent or not, but while I was trying to look into this issue for myself I was doing a var_dump on $data and $localdata, however when I did this I no longer received the error. This led me to believe that the call to the drop database was occurring before the connection to the database was closed completely. After adding a sleep(1) call after $localData->close(); I no longer receive the error. Hope this helps. -b ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Shane Lenagh (shanelenagh) Date: 2003-10-12 19:21 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=885705 I am a customer of Roj's and I am getting this error on his hosted site. Are you planning on fixing this, Roj? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Christopher Kings-Lynne (chriskl) Date: 2003-05-27 23:13 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=82305 I really don't know how to fix this one. If you look at the doDrop function of all_db.php, you'll notice that I'm deliberately closing the database connection to the current database and I issue the drop database command on the template1 connection. So, I have no idea why it's failing.
