[ppa-help] [phppgadmin - Help] keeps sending the login screen

I have a weird problem: after I enter my username/password (they match), I keep
getting the login screen. The screen splits in two and both left.php and right.php
give me the login screen again. When I access the same page from IE, it works
fine. With Konqueror, I have this problem. Why ?
