Well, I hope you do understand this is not a really good way to ask for help.

Moreover, I know our FAQ and doc are not that big, but it seems to me you just didn\'t read any single bit of documentation, especialy from PostgreSQL or phpPgAdmin itself.

If you do not understand a technology, don\'t shout loudly it\'s because of it.

I suggest :
  * you start reading doc about the PostgreSQL \"pg_hba.conf\" file, 
    http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/interactive/auth-pg-hba-conf.html

  * setting up your \"conf/config.inc.php\" properly

  * explain your architecture (and conf files)  so we can properly try to help you (if you are able to low down your blood pressure *yourself*)
