#68 Navigation in Browse mode

A few changes to the navigation in "Browse" mode would
be welcome:
- Display the total number of rows and the current ones:
Rows 600 .. 629 from 990
- Always show links to the first and last pages:
> 1 2 .. 15 16 17 18 19 20 .. 33 34 <
- Mark the current page more clearly (css)

Merged comment for a similiar feature request I have closed. These two items should be implemented together if they are to be implemented.

As in phpMyAdmin, would be nice to have 'Start from
row:' and 'Show Rows:' input boxes to manually decide
which row number to start from and how many rows to
show on the browse screen
