Summary: errors on install 

Initial Comment:
Ok just completed the install following the INSTALL file 
directions and am getting the following errors when after 
the initial setup from web browser - the page does 
display with all proper graphics etc and will allow me to 
access the admin panel, however the page does not 
load and gives me similar errors as shown below...I have 
not been able to locate any forums for phpoto here on 
sourceforge so not sure how to see your resonse so for 
redundancy sake I am including my email addy in post....

The "install" button remains visible after the user has
installed the script and been given a password to use.
The button only shows on the screen where the user is
given their password.
