[Phpmylibrary-users] New install of phpmylibrary

Hi

I have just installed phpmylibrary on my windows machine running Apache 2.2, 
MySQL 4.1 and PHP 5.
When I navigate to the phpmylibrary and log on with the admin password, I 
can successfully log on but I do not getting any more options such as 
settings etc on the navigation bar on the left.  Also none of the links on 
the top (your account, downloads etc) work.  I had installed phpmylibrary 
before and managed to log in and get access to the settings but even then I 
couldn't change all the settings.  I have tried installing a few times, but 
since then every time I do I can log on, but don't have access to the admin 
links.

I would appreciate any help on this.
