  Sorry for the mail. I got the answer for my questions. 

But The top menu items like downloads,Your account, submit News, Topics, top10 are not having any functionality?  When I am clicking on them there is no action taking place. Is it my installation problem or PhpMyLibrary - 2.2.1-3 problem?

I am not knowing where to create the user accounts. how can i enter the books details etc. I am able to access it using the admin account which i created during installation.
