[Phpmylibrary-users] New installation problem

Dear friends, 


I have install phpmylibrary.... but unfortunately i've got many notice that
something wrong had happened.

the messages like this (below) when i enter menu transaction
(http://webfisip/library/index.php?div=tra&acc=priv&q=man) :


Could anyone help me......what should  I do
