[Phpmylibrary-users] simple data entry?

Is there a way to enter data into this system that does not require the MARC format?

We have a small library of mostly books and videos (roughly 500)... this media is
currently not cataloged in any way. Is there a simple form based way to enter data that
people who are not computer or library people could handle? you know, "author", "title",
"description"... etc...
