Please open your conf.php at PhpMyLibrary/polerio/module/config/conf.php
then find the theme parameter. Your error occured because you are currently 
using the a theme which is compatible to phpnuke. To use that theme you must 
indicate in the conf.php the type of nuke theme system your using. Detailed 
instructions can be found inside the conf.php. The most important thing to 
do is to replace your PostNuke value to PhpNuke.

Find it inside that file. It tackles about theme system activation.
