[Phpmylibrary-users] Install problem

I suggest you to use this combination of software versions

Apache 2.0.42
MySQL 3.23.39
PHP 4.2.3

because this has been tested already at Windows 98 SE

You will also need phpmyadmin at http://phpmyadmin.sourcefoge.net
to manage your database on the web.
