There's no error in this modules. Perhaps the problem is in the 
installation. The software is working fine at the demo site 
http://phpmylibrary.sourceforge.net. Perhaps you used the old version of the 
php.

To see the actual demonstration of the software please visit the 
phpmylibrary website. If this error always occur please send me the info 
about the software you used. the operating system, apache version, mysql, 
php etc.
