Be sure that the bibliographic data you were adding have at least  title, 
and author because because this is the searchable field needed by the 
phpmylibrary. addtional searchable fields are , notes, subjects and 
publisher. I think its, 100(author), 245(title), 260(publisher), 500(notes), 
630(subjects) and 650(subjects) tag numbers.


Just some suggestion. What if you try linux system. I think it's a bit more 
fast and more secure than Windows. I really find it hard to wait for the 
results. It's good it your website is access from within your network. But 
if other user would be searching far from your country like Philippines. 
It's a bit slow. Just a suggestion if you would like. I could offer some 
assistance if you would want to use linux system, like red hat linux 7.2


The Cataloging bugfix has been done. Please re-download the bugfix at 
phpmylibrary website. The bugfixfix now includes the recoded catalog.php 
file.

I suggest, try to re-initialize your database. Empty all the content of the 
tables  except the _users, _holdings, _session_info. All the remaining empty 
it so that you could start a fresh data.
