Sorry but the feature  for multi-admin is not yet supported. For now the 
admin can do everything, catalog, import, etc..., Other user not (admin) is 
capable only of viewing their account and reserving/borrowing of materials.

The thing that I understand from your query is that there is a user for 
cataloging only, import only , .etc. This is already compatible to 
phpmylibrary but not yet completed. to make it clear, the idea that you are 
saying is the grouping of the user, there is a general group id that can be 
assigned. for instance polerio username, which has a group id of 3, meaning 
can add, edit, delete catalog only, adalid username can be perhaps, import 
bibliographic records. etc.

The phpmylibrary now has that grouping but the it is not implemented yet, 
probably it will be included in the next version.

About your holdings data. you can now download the bugfix so that you can 
correct the error at your website. the instruction are also included in 
there. go to phpmylibrary website to get the copy of this bugfix. Thanks for 
sending me that kind of error I didn't noticed it.
About your second problem. I'm evaluating it if really doesn't working.
I will email you later regarding the adding of data.
