From other questions asked recently, they installed it in slackware, you should use at least red hat linux. it will not run on slackware. be noted also of your installation, you should create a PhpMyLibrary directory on your modules directory. i.e. postnuke.com/modules/PhpMyLibrary/,.. then put the extracted file index.php and the folder polerio, on your modules/PhpMyLibrary directory.
