Hello:

I have a programming question. I am a librarian but I work with programmers. In what part of the program can a programmer make the necesarry code changes so the systems automatically sends an email message to the administrator every time a user reserves library material.

I hope my question is clear enough and I hope that the phpmylibray developer community is not dead as someone in this forum commented.
