There is no modlues.php file anywere in the directory. I even unzipped a freshdownload and I did a full text search looking for words like "Downloads" and "Modlules".
I could just use one of the other themes but was more or less currious what might have gotten lost here.

I noticed this too. I don't think it's due to missing files, I think it's just broken links from within the theme. They seem to be phpnuke themes, so I guess the links relate to phpnuke.
