#13 development of 2.2.1 ongoing

2.2.1 development is ongoing. this version will
introduce new method of encoding, as i see it, the most
easy of all the version already released. hopefully
next week this will be released.

while undergoing development, bugs is popping and i
tried to repair each of them. all will be showed here
in bugs list. this will provide you realtime
development stages of phpmylibrary.
