#9 configurable web server's port

I'm testing phpMyInventory in a system where the web
server is running on port 8880.
I think it would be useful if a new configuration
option is added (web_server_port)

Another problem I faced (maybe a bad -config in my
system) is that you force
in the strRedir the value of global variable
SERVER_NAME.
I think may be in some situations can be useful
override this variable with another
config var.
