#15 Add license Expiration date

Many of the more expensive software tool licenses have an expiration date, or a period maintenance plan. Please add a field or fields to capture whether the license never expires, or if it does, what is the expiration date. A software license report to show software expiring in the next time period (adjustable) would then be used to prepare for renewals.
