Same Problem here with the parser.
System is SuSE Linux 8.2
MySQL 3.23.55
PHP 4.3.1

Error:

Warning: Sablotron error on line 3: XML parser error 4:
not well-formed (invalid token) in
/srv/www/web4/html/index.php on line 31
Sorry, XML code could not be transformed. The reason is
XML parser error 4: not well-formed (invalid token) and
the error code is 2

Any ideas?

I had this error and I overwrote the config, entered
required lines ... and it worked, but all I get is:
index.php ; fuseaction=Affiliation.ContactForm
and /index.php?fuseaction=User.RegistrationForm where the
country name field is missing which causes email
confirmation not to be sent.
