#18 new translation uploaded (french_alternative)

We (group Ortograf) have translated phpMyChat in the alternate french spelling.

The alternate french spelling is a simplified spelling used by people with language or intellectual disabilities. Some web sites (ex. city of Montreal) propose a version of their sites in this spelling.

we would like to make it available for all so We would like to have the directory (french_alternative) integrated in the localization archive.

That is awsome, only that your translation is for the older version, which won't be released anymore.
I attach here the Plus version templates (as for 1.93 version - the one to be released soon).
If you really want to contribute, translate these files and send them to ciprianmp@yahoo.com.
I will include your work in the coming release.
