Aggregate functions dropdown introduced.

User can select a function and its prototype will be dropped into the query box.

Change 1: New function insertFunctionQuery added on line 114 of js/functions.js

Change 2: Drop down control added for aggregate function on line 259 of libraries/sql_query_form.lib.php
