PMA_backquote should always check if name is a forbidden word before skipping.

CREATE TABLE `time` (
test int(10) NOT NULL
) ENGINE=MyISAM;
INSERT INTO `time` VALUES(1);

Exporting with $cfg['Export']['sql_backquotes'] = FALSE; should return a working INSERT / UPDATE / REPLACE statement...
