#658 (in 2.6.1) Faster navigation in calendar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a database
2. Create a table say "Employee" under the database.
3. Let one of the field in the table be date whose
datatype is "Date"
4. select the tab "Insert" to insert a row in that table.

It opens a window where one of the field is date,
besides which a calender icon is displayed.

Click on the calender icon, it opens a new window which
displays the calender.

Actual: If the month in that is Dec, if we want to
traverse to Jan we have to traverse step by step
covering all the months.

Expected:
If we have a calender where we can directly select the
month that would be more userfriendly.
