#1366 (ok 4.0) Allow disabling CodeMirror in settings
As CodeMirror does not allow using middle-click for pasting (see bug https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3516302&group_id=23067&atid=377408\),
provide switch to turn it off.

This requested feature was implemented in the repository and will be part of a future release; thanks for suggesting.

The switch can be set via config.inc.php or by using the visual Settings panel.

The fix will be included in phpMyAdmin 4.0.

it would be a pity, not being able to use codemirror and the middle mousebutton
