I'm running Windows 7 x64, with Chrome 43 (beta), and don't see anything even with a zoom at 150%.
Have you cleared your cache?
Do you have groups of databases?
Do you see this line on all tables?
Do you see the same line on database icons?

At 100% text size and 100% zoom the lines seem to be missing some pixels.
The X in the filter field isn't properly aligned.
At the top near the dropdown the line seems to go one pixel to the right.
