Hi, I can reproduce it in 4.3.12 as well as the current master.
Slight lookup shows that PMA_getMySQLDocuURL in Util.class.php has added two lines as Fixup for newly used names and it str_replaces the '_'(underscores) in the link hastags into '-'.
Commenting it out, works fine. :)
Can anyone please confirm why such a change was put there or is it needed at all?

Sorry for the delay. I was stuck researching it more.
I had an old wamp installation shipped with PMA 4.0.4 and it works fine in that.
Anyways, I had made a branch at my fork with the fix and was about to send a pull request. Its fine if you have already have done the fix.
