#4276 (ok 4.1.8) Contest-5 / Login loop on session expiry

Steps to reproduce:-

1. Go to any import page in server/db/table mode.
2. Wait for the session to expire. (set a lower session timeout value temporarily or delete session file)
3. Select a file to import/ Or this step may be skipped.
4. Click 'Go' at the bottom of import page.
5. You will reach login screen as session had timed out, so Log in.
6. See an empty red error div as in the screenshot.
7. Click any other link, you get session timeout popup div.
8. Login again, stuck in a login loop.

Similar to https://sourceforge.net/p/phpmyadmin/bugs/3881/ if you can reproduce that.
