#3940 Content Security Policy errors with Safari 5.1

Using Safari 5, images are not displayed and Safari reports Content-Security-Policy errors.

Configurations tested bad:

• Windows XP and Safari 5.1.7
• Mac OS 10.6.8 and Safari 5.1.9

Safari 5 is the most recent version available for Windows and older architecture Mac computers.
