#3677 User tab disappears
The User tab disappears due to no reason from the interface. I am logged in as root user with all privileges. See attached screenshot.
When i log out and log in, the tab appears again
Google chrome lists the below errors

View and moderate all "bugs Discussion" comments posted by this user
Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Bugs"
Would you mind providing steps to reproduce the problem?
