When pma_table_info.table_name is filled with the case sensitive column name, the relation is well displayed in the relation manager but the feature isn't working.
I have to convert the column pma_table_info.table_name in lowercase to make it working (tooltips are ok) but it's breaking the relation manager (I can't see my table description field anymore).

I'm using MySql 5.1.37 & Windows XP. MySql is configured with:
lower_case_table_names=0
default-storage-engine=INNODB

    I cannot replicate your problem. Was your "lower_case_table_names" set to 0 from the beginning?

    Please give me a step by step, either with your exact table structure or with a shorter example.
