#2282 (ok 2.9.1) duplicate id/label on table operations page

The id/label for the "Add AUTO_INCREMENT value"
checkbox in Copy Table and Move Table sections is the
same. The result is that clicking on the text in the
Copy Table section checks and unchecks the Move Table
checkbox.
