When trying to add a new table to a database with error_reporting set to
E_ALL, many of these notices appear:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in libraries/transformations.lib.php on line 55

This seems to be another case of the problem in bug 1409053. I only see
the problem in PHP 5.1.2, not in PHP 4.4.2, both running on Mac OS X
10.4.4 PPC.
