#1139 'change password' does not like '}' in password mysql-user

if you change some users' password to, say,

]rZgUn}09#kq

mysql never seems to get the right password, which
seems related to the } in the password.

this is pma 2.5.5-p1 with MySQL 3.23.56.

Could not reproduce this problem, but I am on MySQL 4.0.16.
