Probably not, as I think this is out of scope for PHPlot. Wikipedia lists the Gantt chart as a higher-level chart under Business Methods, and PHPlot generally only implements simple chart types. I think producing a Gantt chart is more in the realm of project management software. (If we tried to come up with a data array representation of a Gantt chart, we would have implemented the bottom-most part of such software, perhaps.)
