#4 Problem with revieving messages

I am an exprienced PHP coder, and i installed your
script on my server. On a different apache server, i
have my IRC server installed. It works just fine to
mIRC, X-Chat, and Trillian IRC worldwide. When i access
my server via the online interface, the Users online
does not show up, and the interface does not recieve
messages. it sends just fine, almost instant. When i
type a message into mIRC, it is not recieved. My IRC
server does recognise your script as being on the
server, but no information is ever recieved by the script.
