#58 discovery scan does not work for masks < /19

Hi,

First of all, congratulations for the great tool.

I don't know if it's a bug or by design, but after creating a subnet, ping discovery will only work if the mask is /19 or bigger. For network masks like /18 and below the process will terminate soon with a message saying no hosts were found.

I noticed that the page calls the script functions/scan/DiscoveryPingScript.php and passes all IP addresses as arguments. Is there a limitation in the length of the argument that could cause such a problem.
